Free Refund within sixty (60) days – applies only to full refund within sixty (60) days of first-time purchase of product(s). No return needed for products. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, email and a reason for the refund. For orders outside of the 60-day period, a store credit may be given in place (will provide a gift card/discount code) of a refund if approved. E-mail or phone confirmation from Maverick will confirm refund, to be processed within fifteen (15) business days. Full refund will be processed via the payment method used initially when the order was made. We simply request that you try out our products for at least two weeks to assess its benefits.

Free Shipping is offered on all orders of $99.99 and above, through the Canadian Postal Service. Alternative expedited options are to be at additional cost. For orders less than $99.99, the shipping cost is $6.31.
